- Our standard way to ship is by USA Mail. The cost for this service is around $8.95 for most orders. Heavier or larger packages will cost more. This additional charge will be included in the shipping and handling cost total. Our system automatically adds up the weight of each item ordered in order to arrive at a total package weight.
Prohibited Personal Care Items: It is your responsibility to determine what products are not legally allowed in your country, even if for personal import. If your shipment is seized by customs and there is a problem, have Customs ship the order back to us. Most of the time the order is undamaged and once we receive it we will re-ship it back to you. (Of course we must charge you a re-shipping fee). If customs damages or loses your order, unfortunately, it is no longer curesome.com liability, but the customers. If customs returns your order to us and it is not damaged, we will contact you to determine if you would like us to ship it to you again. (In this case there will be additional shipping charges). You take full responsibility for international orders. You are responsible for knowing the laws and customs procedures of your country for a particular product. Please note that you may be charged duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees.

- CureSome.com guarantees against manufacturing defects for 15 days from date of delivery. You must email, fax or telephone or mail us before returning a product, tell us the product being returned & your order number. Email is the very best way to contact us. Then return the product to us with your name and address and order number on the shipping box, and also on a paper inside the package so that we can credit your credit card account, or send a check to you. We can not take back opened supplements.

Canceling an Order: You may cancel an order any time before we have shipped by emailing us at: psmith@CureSome.com. There is no charge to you if you cancel before we ship.
Re-Stocking Charge: There is a 15% Re-stocking charge when a product is returned to us within 30 days of original shipment. Orders older than 30 days can not be returned for credit.
Our Cost to Ship to You: The cost to originally ship the product to you is not refundable, unless the product is defective.
Hours of Operation: We are open 5 days a week (Monday - Friday), 7:00 am to 4:00 pm EST.
Problems with Customs
- If you order products from us that are not accepted by Customs in your country (Germany, Austria, Italy, Denmark, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, etc.) and customs either seizes the products or destroys them, or returns the products to us destroyed, the loss is the customers and not CureSome's. If customs telephones you and tells you that you have an order, you may decide to tell them it is not your order rather than accept the product and the problems that may go with acceptance. There is no refund for seized or refused orders. At CureSome’s we have no way of knowing what is legal or not legal in each country. Often, even some products that are safe, and accepted in the USA, and even a child can buy, are not allowed in some countries
You will receive a password and account designation when you have completed the Account Information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

- When will my credit card be charged after I place my order? Curesome.com will charge your card at the time your order is completed and shipped. While the charge is made when the order is completed, we do run a pre-authorized hold on the funds when the order is placed. Some financial institutions will display these holds, while others will wait until the order is completed. For more information on this, we recommend contacting your card issuer using the customer service number located on your credit card.
